Creating Ripples

I sense someone needs these today & if it touches 1 person then I’m creating the purpose-fuelled ripples of wellbeing.

Many of these self-care quotes will remind you why it’s vital for your own evolution and personal leadership.

These may create a spark to connect you to your potential, your self-worth and the value that you bring to your everyday.

What Does Self-Care Mean?

Self-care means taking care of yourself to be healthy, be well, do your job, help, and care for others, and do all the things you need to and want to accomplish in a day.

If you think you’ve heard more about self-care recently, you are absolutely on the money!

And – it’s not related to our last 15 months amidst our pandemic – our world is crying out for a paradigm shift in taking care of ourselves.

The act of self-care can help you deal with moments of uncertainty and frustration.

Because COVID continues to impact our everyday, our global reset continues.

This touches every one of our 5 Pillars of Life

  • Business/Career – your role in your everyday
  • Health – that is our wealth
  • Relationships with ourselves and all others –
  • Money – Financial & energetically –
  • Inspirations – Connection to something greater.

Every one of our experiences has been individual – how you managed any stay-at-home dictate and social distancing will be dependant on your own unique circumstances.

One area that became evident was the increase in feeling isolated.

Managing any associated anxiety and stress levels can be supported by embracing self-care as a natural & logical first step.

See our TOC BLOG Why Self Care is important– we know it is not selfish and more than just any bubble bath.
