Your Gift of Imperfection?

Perfection: High Achievements can also mean inner conflict and a mega weight on our shoulders.

Aspiring for Perfection is a playground for Anxiety & Fear of Failure.

It keeps your inner brilliance from surfacing & blocks you from moving forward.

In Brene Brown’s iconic Book – The Gift of Imperfection (2010) – Brene’s Research shows..

Perfection

Kintsugi:
Perfection with flaws

I love the Japanese Art concept of Kintsugi. It’s the act of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold.

It nourishes my being that it is built on the idea that you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art by embracing flaws and imperfections.

I wholeheartedly believe the same applies to us humans.

Perfection or
Perfectly Imperfect?

I’m putting this out there to stretch your thinking.

Have the Courage to be Perfectly Imperfect so you can:

  • Create your adventures and go have them
  • Chase your dreams
  • Feel a natural high in the process
  • Love yourself, your body & your mind
  • Nourish yourself with soul food
    AND
  • Shine in your imperfect glory
