TIDES OF CHANGE PRIVACY POLICY

Tides of Change respects your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us, either online or in person, will be used strictly by Tides of Change and will not be passed on or available to any outside individuals or businesses.

Tides of Change uses Google Analytics, Stripe & Paypal software.  These are third party software systems used to manage bookings & payment information. All information is securely store  and is only available, or authorised by the Tides of Change team.

BOOKINGS 14/28/90 day PROGRAMMES & PAYMENTS

Payment terms are agreed at time of booking.
Payments are made according to the terms of the contract.
Tides of Change schedules start of programmes at mutually agreed dates.

14/28/90 day PROGRAMMES REFUND POLICY

21 days Prior - Full Refund
14 Days Prior - 50% Refund
7 days - 25% Refund
Less than 7 days - NO Refund

SKILLS LABS PAYMENTS

Payments to be made at time of bookings.
